Example:
50 × Calico Oranda — 3–4 inches (7.5–10 cm) body length
25 × Red & White Ranchu — 4–5 inches (10–12.5 cm) body length
20 × Black Moor — 3–4 inches (7.5–10 cm) body length

WHOLESALE PRICING, MINIMUM ORDER & AVAILABILITY

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, volume, and destination of each shipment. Customers must meet Eddie’s Fin Farm’s current wholesale minimum order requirement to place a wholesale order. ($1,000 / 1 Full Box minimum per order*)

Final fish pricing, availability, minimum order requirements, shipping method, and shipping costs will be reviewed and discussed with the customer before the order is placed or payment is collected.

Please understand that specific colors, patterns, sizes, or individual fish cannot be guaranteed. Availability is based on current farm inventory and supplier availability. We will do our best to fulfill your requested varieties and specifications whenever possible.

IMPORTANT — FARM DIRECT & QUARANTINE NOTICE

Our wholesale fish are shipped directly from our farm/farm suppliers and are intended for experienced wholesale buyers, retailers, breeders, and businesses.

Due to limited holding space and the volume of wholesale shipments, we are unable to provide quarantine or extended observation of wholesale fish before shipment. Buyers understand and accept responsibility for establishing their own quarantine and acclimation procedures upon arrival.

Wholesale buyers assume the risk associated with transportation, shipping stress, acclimation, quarantine, and potential exposure to pathogens or disease that may occur during or after transit. We strongly recommend that all incoming fish be properly quarantined and monitored before being introduced to an established system or other fish.

LIVE ARRIVAL POLICY

By submitting a wholesale order request, you acknowledge and agree to our standard Live Arrival Policy.

All Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) claims must be submitted with clear digital photographs within 2 hours of shipment arrival. Claims submitted after this time period may not be eligible for consideration.

  • Verified DOA → credit for the wholesale purchase price of the deceased fish
  • Shipping/air cargo charges are non-refundable
  • Credit can be applied to the customer's next wholesale order
  • Customer must submit clear photos within 2 hours of arrival
  • Ideally require photos of the fish inside the original unopened shipping bag
  • Customer must be present to receive/pick up the shipment promptly
  • No credit for fish that die after the customer begins acclimation, introduces them to a system, or otherwise takes possession beyond the arrival inspection
  • Carrier delays, missed pickups/deliveries, incorrect addresses, extreme weather, etc. can be excluded or handled separately
  • All DOA claims are reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Live Arrival Policy.
